Hello Members,

The Board of Directors is pleased to invite you to the Rutland Rocks Curling Club 2019 Annual Meeting.

During this meeting, you can expect a review of the Spirit of Curling, a “State of the Club” update, board elections, and league winner presentations. There will also be an open forum for discussion about leagues and moving towards dedicated ice.

What: RRCC Annual Meeting. This is a potluck event, so please bring a dish to share.

When: Sunday, May 19, 2019 from 2pm to 6pm

Board Elections

This year, there are 3 board seats open. If you are interested in joining the board please plan on having a fellow club member nominate you at the Annual Meeting. There will be ballots provided and results will be announced by the end of the meeting. If you are curious about the commitment of becoming a board member, please send a separate email to rutlandrockscurlingclub@gmail.com and a board member will be happy to give you more information.
